Role Summary

As a Singaporean startup with a Silicon Valley mindset, autonomy, hard work and commitment are very important factors to our culture and we expect our team to uphold those principles as well. For our marketing manager, we are looking for applicants who are meticulous and unafraid to explore new ways to get better at how we do things. You should be passionate about fresh ideas, independent and able to function without micromanagement.

Job Description

​

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive awareness, customer and user acquisition, growth and retention. Ultimately, to achieve marketing KPIs such as user base growth, conversion rate, lead generation etc.

  • Strategize and execute b2b and b2c marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness.

  • Ideate and strategise engaging social media content for Instagram, Tiktok, etc.

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Development, Community etc.

  • Liaise with the marketing manager for the Korean region to ensure overall marketing synergy across both regions.

  • Consistent communication with management on marketing updates.

  • Work within a dynamic and fast-paced start-up in the tech industry.

Job Requirements

​

  • Minimum degree in Marketing or a relevant equivalent. Fresh Grads with marketing experience are welcome.

  • At least 1-2 years of marketing experience.

  • Experience within a marketing vid

  • A proven track record of delivering results and communicating cross-functionally.

  • Attitude to learn and develop yourself is paramount.

  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines and willing to work in a fast-paced startup

  • Highly motivated and can work under stress.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
