Role Summary

​

 

As a Marketing intern with Tictag, you will support our marketing campaign planning and execution, and drive marketing efforts in this growing startup.

​

For our marketing intern, we are looking for applicants who are hungry to learn and unafraid to explore new ways to contribute to our marketing strategy. You should be independent and be able to function without micromanagement. 


For this internship, the ability to convert to a Full-Time Position after studies/internship is highly preferred.

Job Description

​

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to drive awareness, customer and user acquisition, growth and retention. Ultimately, to achieve marketing KPIs  such as user base growth, conversion rate, lead generation etc.

  • Re-organising of customer data sheets on various channels.

  • Alignment of branding and marketing templates on CMS tools.

  • Strategize and execute b2b and b2c marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness. 

  • Ideate and strategise engaging social media content for - Instagram, Tiktok, etc. 

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Development, Community etc. 

  • Liaise with the marketing team for other regions to ensure overall marketing synergy across both regions. 

  • Consistent communication with management on marketing updates.

  • Work within a dynamic and fast-paced start-up in the tech industry.

Job Requirements

​

  • ​Minimally studying for a degree in Marketing or a relevant equivalent. Fresh Grads seeking internship exposure are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in producing marketing videos and other collaterals/assets.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of b2b and b2c marketing.   

  • Attitude to learn and develop yourself is paramount.

  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines and willingness to work in a fast paced startup environment.

  • Highly motivated and can work under stressful timelines. 

  • Ability to work independently.  

  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must. 
    An additional SouthEast Asian language is a bonus.

  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Wix is a Huge bonus.
